Workouts

Every morning I will do the exercises listed within the plan I posted below. Every evening I will be doing a different random workout like the one I posted under the plan. I'm going to take my time. I would rather finish a whole workout in longer time than give up/pass out. I am also gonna go on short walks everyday. I'm waiting for my phone to charge up so I can go on a walk &a track it through mpa my run. I love that app & highly recommend it. So my daily routine is: Wake up. Exercise. Clean. Shower. Class. Whateverrr. Walk. Exercise. Bath. Sleep.
