I cannot tell you how excited I am to start my liquid fast. Going to stock up on juices, carbonated water, & milk tomorrow. Maybe towards the end of the 14 days I will do pure water. Straight from the tap. We have ground water so no chemicals are added. I hope to lose a good bit of weight. 
     I know this Friday through Sunday I am probably going to do just water bc I will not have classes. That way I can rest up at home & not worry to much. I will be doing ab exercises everyday. Something different everyday that I find on Pinterest. I will be sure to post the links and/or pictures to the workout. Feel free to join me &a comment on your day & workouts.
     This means so much to me getting my body back. I'm doing this for me. I deserve the best I can be & so does my sweetheart. I want my flat sunk in tummy, hip bones, collarbones, tones arms, & nice booty. I'm going back to my awesome gap that I so dearly miss. I will never let myself go again. 
     But today was pretty shit. I binged on Chinese when I found out my mom cancelled out gym memberships. But who needs a damn gym when I have myself, a beautiful yard, tons of trails, & lots of workout videos. I'm going to start laying out when it's sunny outside also. 
     Gah I could write & write. Feel free to stop reading or continue. But this blog will have my weightloss journey. Daily updates. Molly(my baby ferret) updates. & my life in general concerning eating, fitness, clothes, & maybe some lovey Dovey shit. Who knows(;
