Day 1 AM

Well it's 9:03AM. I would much rather still be in bed. I'm skipping class today. I'm so tired & want to knock this first day out. I know the first 3 are usually the hardest. I'm gonna go buy some laxative, very mild, to use every other day. I'm feel really bloated right now & constipated.        I'm at 140 right now. I'm going to log my weight everyday. Probably morning & night. I can believe I used to be 118 this time last year. I've gained so much. I will get back down to that weight & keep pushing. I'm ready to see the number on the scale drop, to see my cousins jaw drop at the amount I lost, to have to get my ring resized, to wrap my hand around my arm again, feel light as a feather when  he picks me up, to wear the shorts this summer.
I'm so excited bc these goals aren't far off. All I have to do is stick with this fast. I've done it before-I WILL do it again. I'm going to try & quit smoking along the way as well as alcohol. I want to be the cleanest on the inside I can be. Just perfect & pink; not covered in tar, plaque, & Shit. -SBL
